Our Mission
It is the mission of the Salisbury Housing Authority to provide drug free, decent, safe and sanitary housing for eligible families, and to provide opportunities to promote self-sufficient and economic independence for residents.

Convenience Fee
Salisbury Housing Authority residents now have the option of paying their rent online using a debit or credit card. Please note that a $5.00 convenience fee will be added to all debit and credit card payments. Residents may also continue to make rent payments at the following locations for no additional charge:
 
  • F&M Bank @ 420 N Main St.
  • F&M Bank @ 630 Jake Alexander Blvd.
  • Woodforest Bank (inside of Walmart) @ 323 S Arlington St.
  • Salisbury Housing Authority Office @ 200 S MLK Jr. Ave.

(As a reminder, you must have your rent statement with you if you choose to pay at any of the three banks listed.)
